Indiana Vascular Access Network

MISSION STATEMENT

The Indiana Vascular Access Network (INDIVAN) exists to provide a platform for the most current evidence-based practice shared with multidiscipline healthcare professionals. We will engage all members of the patient care team in order to achieve the most positive patient outcomes in the area of vascular access and infusion therapy.

GOALS

  • Each healthcare system in Indiana will have a representative member of INDIVAN.
  • Establish and increase membership numbers to develop a viable, impactful organization.
  • Multidisciplinary specialties and healthcare management leadership will be represented as members (i.e. but not limited to Infection prevention, Quality, Risk Management, C-suite, oncology, home care, etc.)
  • Engage membership participation by creating an atmosphere of socially driven educational opportunities that are creative, timely and foster enthusiasm.
  • Conduct all organizational activities with the primary focus of increasing positive outcomes and patient experience as related to vascular access throughout Indiana.
